Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of kinetichub.online, published by MP BIP s.r.o. They are short because the site is simple: it publishes information, it collects nothing, and it sells nothing.

2. The site is informational
Everything published here is general information about account-based online games and the Australian services and rules that apply to them. It is not legal advice, financial advice, security advice or professional advice of any other kind, and it does not take account of your particular circumstances. Where a decision matters, obtain advice that does.
3. Accuracy and change
We write carefully and link to primary sources so that you can check what we say. Even so, the subjects covered change constantly: vendors alter prices, storefronts and terms; platforms rename their settings; regulators reorganise their guidance. Information here may be out of date by the time you read it, and product information in particular should be confirmed on the vendor's own website before you rely on it. If you find an error, tell us and we will correct it.
4. Paid links
This site carries affiliate links, and MP BIP s.r.o. is paid a commission when a reader creates an account with the vendor after following one. This is disclosed on the home page, beside each such link, and in full on the affiliate disclosure page. The commission does not change what you pay and does not create any relationship between you and us in respect of a purchase you make from anyone else.
5. Third-party websites
Links to other websites are provided for your convenience. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, availability, terms or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. Your dealings with any third party, including any game vendor, are between you and that party.
6. No relationship with the vendors mentioned
Star Stable Online and all other product names, logos and brands mentioned on this site are the property of their respective owners. Kinetic Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Product names are used only to identify the products described.
7. Our content
The text, layout, stylesheet and graphics on this site are owned by MP BIP s.r.o. You may read them, print a page for your own use, and quote a short extract with attribution and a link. Republishing pages in substance, or reproducing the site's design, requires our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site or the server that delivers it, to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or to use automated means to place an unreasonable load on it. Ordinary reading, linking and search engine indexing are all welcome.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that applies to you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Those rights apply in full and take precedence over anything in this document.
Subject to that, and so far as the law permits, the site is provided as it is; we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here rather than on advice obtained for your situation or on information confirmed with the vendor concerned. Where liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the information or the cost of having it resupplied.
10. Privacy
How personal information is handled is set out in the privacy policy, and what the site stores in your browser — nothing — is set out in the cookie policy. Both form part of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its effective date at the top, and it applies to your use of the site from the date it is published.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where the publisher is established, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in Australia, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law, or of the right to bring proceedings where those laws permit.
